China's Petition System Reform And Its Path Selection

Furthermore, if the contradiction between contemporary operation mode and policy can not be resolved, the problem of petitions and visits is not able to be completely worked out at all. It is necessary to have profound, comprehensive and rational analysis on history, status and reform direction of "China Petitions and Visits System" in the near future.Putuo District is one of central areas in Shanghai. With swift development of the city, comprehensive national strength increases quickly. But at the same time, the volume of petitions and visits from people rises quickly as well. So the author collects a lot of cases in Putuo District and attaches great importance on them. Through these cases, the main task is to work out common problem in the practical work of the interests of the people and "Petitions and Visits System", to analyze institutional reason of transferring social message, settling social dispute and alleviating social contradiction. According to the contemporary "Petitions and Visits System" and "Legal System", we are supposed to bring forward related measures.
