Awareness Of Inner-party Democracy Under The Political And Cultural Perspective Study

The intra-Party democratic consciousness refers to the subjective reflection of the whole Party members'(including the Party's leading cadres) to the essence and appearance of intra-Party democracy as well as their own status and effect in the intra-Party democratic system and activities, which also refers to the reunification of the intra-Party democratic perception, intra-Party democratic emotion and intra-Party democratic volition. As a subjective reflection of the Party members'to intra-Party democracy, the intra-Party democratic consciousness plays a huge dynamic role on the development of intra-Party democracy. As a political consciousness, the intra-Party democratic consciousness is deeply influenced by our country's political culture. This article gives the analysis of the deep influence of current dominant political culture and non-dominant political culture of China (mainly the traditional Chinese political culture and western political culture) on the development of intra-Party democratic consciousness and probes how to base the development of political culture and the intra-Party democratic consciousness upon practice, on the basis of sublating traditional political culture and borrowing ideas from the western political culture, through the innovation and socialization of the dominated political culture to promote the development of intra-Party democratic consciousness which suits to the intra-Party democratic construction.This thesis is composed of introduction and three chapters of text. The introduction part mainly introduces the research objectives, summarizes the research status at home and abroad and then gives the significance and train of thought of this thesis. Chapter 1 is the theoretical framework, which is on the basis of elaborating the implications of intra-Party democratic consciousness and political culture as well as their relations. From the theoretical aspect, briefly discourses the influence of contemporary Chinese political culture on the intra-Party democratic consciousness. Chapter 2 is the empirical analysis, which is based on the statistic data obtained from questionnaire investigation and the comprehensive analysis on part of theoretical research data. From intra-Party democratic perception, intra-Party democratic emotion and intra-Party democratic volition these three aspects, concretely analyzes the impact of contemporary Chinese political culture on the intra-Party democratic consciousness. Chapter 3 is the countermeasure thoughts, from bringing forth new ideas for the dominant political culture, sublating the traditional political culture and borrowing ideas from western political culture three points of view, puts forward specific proposals of constructing the political culture system which is conducive to the development of intra-Party democracy.
