The qulf between urban and rural either in policy, economy, community or in psychology culture, systom, penetrated into all the Chinese people even it became a common sense. Here, I will not explain more about this common sense, but research the back reason of the phenomena, especially the theorically valuable clue. The dual differentiation in urban and rural build space in unification of urban and rural. No matter now to talk about the unification, we can't escape from the dual differentiation.As the legal mechanism, the right clue is still the most important thinking way. In great degree, the differentiation in urban and rural differenticate them. We recofonize it from right. Continuing to consider, we have to analysis something from the perspective of power relationship. From the birth of the status symbol to the symbol that represents the right level, the delicacy relations between power and right, is showed perfectly.
