Deng Xiaoping, The Contingent Of Cadres Of The Party's Ideological Research

This thesis firstly analyzes the theoretical basis and era background of the theory about building cadre ranks. On the basis of building the party in the theory which established by Marx, Engels and Lenin, Deng Xiaoping's theory absorbs the distillation of Comrade Mao Zedong's theory of building cadre ranks for the party, combines the new practice of our reform and opening–up, gives a deeply analysis about a systematic problems which including how to make the cadre ranks stronger, and at last, forms a systemic theory on building cadre ranks.There are abundant of contents in Deng Xiaoping's theory of building cadre ranks. As for the virtue, the most paramount element is to be loyal to the socialist road and the Party's leadership. In regard to this theoretical premise, the cadre ranks should be younger in average age, better educated and professionally more competent. The above standard for selecting cadres should be systemized in the future."Deng Xiaoping also put forward the elemental principles and means to reform the cadre personnel system. The primary ideas are to build the cadre retirement system, to abolish life-long leadership and to set up the new system of selecting younger cadres. Deng Xiaoping not only gave priority to the selecting of cadres, but paid more attention to their training as well. He treated the training of cadres, particularly younger cadres as"the most important", He also emphasized on the importance of supervision by encouraging different thought and competition. To supervise the cadre personnel work was another important factor in Deng Xiaoping's cadre theory. He adopted a combined and mixed supervising system.In the new era of reform and opening–up, Deng Xiaoping's theory of building cadre ranks for the party puts out the direction for reinforcing and ameliorating the party's cadre ranks building, establishes a steady foundation about thought theory.
