Return Of Migrant Workers Training Participation And Influencing Factors

American outbreak financial crisis in 2008.Thins financial crisis rapidly impacted other countries include China. Many corporations especially labor intensive enterprises in the east of China were managed difficulty. Some enterprises went out of business. So many unemployment workers from countryside went home before Chinese New Year. Local governments organize training for unemployment farmers in aid for raising their job skill. Theses survey the training participation that could reflect the quality and effect of training in return to village farmers'view. Finding the participation's influence factors and giving some advises in order to offering some micro-evidence for improvement of farmers'training in future. The research carries out in the way of questionnaire.First of all, based on the systematical review of researches, the author put forward the return to village farmers'participation is a level that farmers take part in training. It is representing of farmers'attitude when they confront the training. Farmer training participation is a notion that measure farmers' intention and the sustaining power by training organizational framework given.Secondly, reasoning of return to village farmers'participation feasible. Analyzing the process of farmers attended the skill training that based on the chain of response and three steps theory and building the model of surveying participation. The model includes four factors:farmer individual factors, training satisfaction, training information's comprehension and training participation.Thirdly, the questionnaire of farmers'participation was compiled and used in the research. This research is typical that unfold in Wuxi that is a town in the northeast of Chongqing. The data was analyzed by the software of SPSS. The conclusion shows that participation of farmers is low, Only 60% farmers are interested to training. The most significant factors are training information's comprehension and training satisfaction. The sex and education background of farmer characters impact the participation too.Finally, based on the conclusion of research, the relevant suggestions were made with the point of "farmer oriented". In the field of training propagandize, we should advance grassroots cadre'awareness and construct fluency training information network. The aspect of training teaching, teachers should pay more attention to design the teaching process and give priority to farmer in teaching. On the other hand, training organization institutions should do pre-effective researches of training and enhance the teachers' training.
