Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of The China's Administrative Performance Monitoring

As the three principal content of administrative supervision, administrative efficiency supervision, incorrupt supervision and execution supervision play the crucial roles in the normal running of the whole administrative mechanism in our country. But for a long time, administrative efficiency supervision doesn't have the equal status as incorrupt supervision and execution supervision. Administrative efficiency supervision is ignored both in theory and practice. In recent years, especially after our country joining the WTO, the governmental functions have been improved and perfected.The common people pay more and more close attention to administrative efficiency administrative cost and work style of our government. In this background, on the one hand, the government pay more attention to development of the administrative efficiency.On the other hand, administrative efficiency supervision is actively explored and practiced from the central authorities to the local government. The article mainly try to analyze the scientific connotation of administrative efficiency supervision and the present situation of administrative efficiency supervision in our country. Also the article will make some reasonable suggestion to perfect administrative efficiency supervision in our country.The article first analyses the principal concept,the significance and the legislative authority of administrative efficiency supervision. This article also study some problems and some reasons which are mainly existed in the institution and the theory of the construction of administrative efficiency supervision in China. Lastly this article will give some targeted advice including the comprehensively construction of administrative efficiency supervision system, the construction of full-time administrative efficiency supervision institution and so on.
