Network Privacy Tort Liability Study

The development of internet industry and the interrelated information industry sets out lately, whereas, it was developing very rapidly. However, the infringement of privacy on the network has become a prominent social problem which had been concerned by the community. At present, Internet Privacy Protection System in China is not enough to protect the interests of Internet users with the existing laws, regulations and judicial procedures. The condition demands China to perfect the legal system to privacy and brings forward a new claim to the Privacy Protection System. This paper starts with the meaning of privacy and internet privacy to elaborate the status that the law in china protects privacy and the content that the cyberspace privacy is suffered from trespass. At the same time, to research and learn more mature and advanced privacy protection system from foreign countries, proposed to build and improve our Internet Privacy Protection System.
