Perspective Of Substantive Criminal Law, Criminal Reconciliation

Victim-offender mediation is a new system and philosophy, it aimed at restoring damaged social relations between the victims and perpetrators,protecting the interests of victims,facilitating a smooth return to society perpetrators. It has an important positive significance for the development of China's legal modernization process and building a harmonious society. In this paper, a clear concept of the Victim-offender mediation, resulting in the background and the theoretical of the Victim-offender mediation is the premise,the paper focuses on the relationship between the Victim-offender mediation with the criminal law theory-the principle of criminal law, the value of the criminal law, the essence of the nature of crime, criminal liability and the goal of China's criminal law, tries to find Victim-offender mediation with the meeting point of China's criminal law theory, points out the Victim-offender mediation in our basis system of criminal law theory, so it can give help to build and develop the Victim-offender mediation in our country.
