| Liability insurance system is a response to the reality of high-risk human society brought by industrial civilization and the extensive application of modern High-Tech. Liability insurance system plays off potential risks, sharing the loss, to maintain social stability. In China, as the "travel agent liability insurance coverage requirement" promulgation and implementation at the 2001, liability insurance system was used for tourism risk management.The thesis,based on the reality of our legal system and according to relevant countries'and regions'legislative experience, conducts detail analysis of the aspects of legislation and justice with regard to travel agent liability insurance.This thesis divided into four chapters,which are"Outline of liability insurance of travel agency; Mandatory attribute of liability insurance of travel agency;The basis of civil liability and coverage of Commitment to the insurance; Protection of third party interests".Finally a number of substantive recommendations have been made in the conclusion. |
