Crime of distributing state-owned assets is Chapter 8's accusation of China's Criminal Law.This crime has been less attenti on the theoretical research in criminal law.But in practice, management of state-owned asset in our country is relatively weak.Distributing state-owned assets is common occurrence.It had become worse that state-owned assets erosion. In view of the current situation, the author started from the crime origin and legislative history, focused on analysising this crime's composition and distinguished this crime from the relevant illegal acts and crimes in order to accurately define this crime.The author hopes t it'11 play a little role on protecting against the loss of state-owned assets.
