Enticement Investigation Legal Regulation

With the development of technology and society, the variety of criminal offense is becoming more and more obvious.The hidden crimes have become increasingly prominent, such as drug crimes, counterfeit money,etc, and have a tremendous impact on social stability and economic development. Meanwhile, traditional investigative methods can not meet the needs of judicial practice, a new way of investigation results, it is the way of entrapping investigation. However, there is no clear definition of entrapping investigation in academia and Judicial practice, for a long time entrapping investigation is in a legal vacuum. Once the entrapping investigation is free to be arbitrary abused, someone who has no criminal intent originally is highly likely to commit a crime. This is a violation of justice. In this paper, the author hope to construct a entrapping investigation system which is consistent with our national conditions, and make the system standardization and codification, make it better for Chinese socialist construction.
