Faith In Law Lawyers In Good Faith To Build Value

As a special occupational group, who is mastery of laws and provide legal service for society, lawyers are obliged to realize and protect social fairness and justices,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests,and maintain authority of laws.Important prerequisite are demanded for this mission:Lawyers should held firmly belief in laws and respect laws.A overall view of lawyering in China will show us that departure from the professional mission, mercenary and dishonesty still exist, which will not only influence their own fame,but even lower the degree of social confidence in national legal system and laws.Therefore, how to return and complete this mission, and how to ensure lawyers fulfill their duties honestly play more and more significant part to realize social fairness and justices.So,an important theoretical and practical issue is:we should lay stress on lawyers'legal faith training.Legal faith is not only the core of the rule of law, but also a crucial moral basis and motive power to realize honesty of lawyers.The formation and development of legal faith is a process of natural history and a result of selection and training by human consciously. Legal faith is a must for lawyers'integrity construction.Based on acknowledge of their own mission, identify and even revere laws,lawyers form the faith of honesty gradually and everlastingly, achieving the spiritual balance of the inner pursuit of value and legal value.Taking value of legal faith in lawyers'integrity construction as a view, through the derivation and definition of integrity, this paper makes reasoned argument to the meaning of legal integrity to show the nature of legal integrity and then interpret the significance of lawyers'integrity construction.And then find the true causes of the dishonesty of lawyers by analyzing the status of lawyer's integrity, realizing that legal faith is the basis of lawyers' integrity, and the crucial task is to cultivate legal faith.At last, based on the research of value of legal faith in lawyers'integrity construction,this paper put forward a way to realize the value of legal faith in lawyers' integrity, that is,to further discuss self-protection and heteronomous protection, thus to realize the significant value of legal faith in lawyers' integrity construction.
