Since the entry into the 21st century, with the increasing diversification of economic and social sectors, a large number of new economic and social organizations, which are an inevitable product of the economic and social development and progress of the times, have come into being. Under the influences of social development and changes, cultural collision and blending, as well as the impact of the Internet, the young people have become more open and active, and spontaneously established the youth self-organization, which is a new type of social organization that mainly advocates the fulfillment of social and public responsibilities, exploration of a fashionable lifestyle, and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture.The springing up and rapid development of youth self-organizations has inevitably brought about a tremendous impact on the political and economic structure of traditional Chinese society, and also proposed new responsibilities and missions for the improvement and perfection of social management patterns by the public sector, accomplishment of "upholding the equal emphasis on fostering the development and management and supervision so as to play the role of various types of social organizations in the provision of services, reflection of the demands of people and regulation of behaviors.What is a youth self-organization? What are its root causes, and what general characteristics and social values does it have? In the global Youth Affairs management boom, how can we find out the exact orientation and effective channel to guide and regulate the development of youth self-organizations? During this period, as to the government departments, mass organizations and other relevant social forces, which are authorized to educate and manage the adult groups, what should they do to coordinate, cooperate, promote, and reflect their due functions and roles?As a cadre working at the grassroots level of the Communist Youth League, the author has long been concerned with the development and changes of contemporary Chinese youth groups and the resulted new social phenomena and problems. On the basis of a rational thinking and analysis of the problems mentioned above, this paper will interpret the problems one by one and give my own answers to them, from the perspective of the combination of theories and practice.
