Abc County In Sichuan Province Corporate Labor Dispatch Labor Dispute Causes And Countermeasures

Over the past 10 years, China's dispatching labor employment is at a period of rapid development. Oversea scholars have got fruitful research results about dispatching labor employment, because there is matured market, a sound system, and complete regulating and monitoring system in foreign countries. By contrast, China's relevant laws and regulations of labor dispatch system are to be improved. And there is little empirical research about labor dispatching. So this dissertation focuses on labor dispatching disputes happened in ABC county over the past years based on the new "Labor Contract Law" and related labor dispatching theory, try to summarize the characteristics and main reasons of labor dispatching disputes, so can we discuss the possible counter practices of different parties.Through statistical analysis of labor disputes data of ABC county from 1990 to June 2009, the found that the most of the labor dispatching disputes concentrate on three aspects: social insurance, economic compensation, and wages. Through case analysis on typical disputes, the author put forward possible counter practices to decrease and resolve disputes from the perspective of government, organization providing dispatching service, employer and employee.
