As a result, the people restarted to introspect the problem existed in our trust system, considering about what kind of trust regulations we need in our country.The trust system has became one of the most important branches of the finacial area, and the thinking of the development of the trust system has not formed yet in our coutry. While the trust system in the west developed coutries has experienced a growing history of hundreds of yeas, research into the thesis and the system formation of these coutries will be of great importance of the improvement of the trust system in our country. This essay starts from the basic theory of the trust system, introduces the basic theory such as the difference between the trust regulation and the financial regulation, the economic law nature of the trust regulation law and so on, finally stated the inspiration that the experience of the development of the trust history in the western world provides. In introducing how to improve our trust regulation system, I simply introduce the history of our trust system and the problem appears in that system, and give some advises on how to improve it.
