Jiang Party Construction Theory Of Innovation Research

After the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee, Jiang Zemin proposed the fundamental question of the party building "what's the kind of party, how to build the party" around the new historical conditions, using the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, with analyzing the international and domestic new changes as well as the party's historical position accurately, learning the world's ruling party, including the success or failure of socialist countries, summing up the party's historical experience, and centralizing the wisdom of the whole party, finally put forward a series of new ideas and new conclusions to build the Jiang Zemin's theory of the ruling party. This theory is an important part of party building of Marxist theory, which is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's thinking of party building and the important part of "Three Represents". Learning and studying the Jiang Zemin's theory of party building has an extremely important theoretical and practical significance which can improve the scientific level of party building and promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper adheres to the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, "Three Represents" and the concept of scientific development, from the extensive collection and reading the Jiang Zemin's speech after the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee and the theory and the related party information from the academic study of ruling party building, taking a macro-historical background, putting Jiang Zemin's theory of party building into the great inspection system of Marxist theory of party building, according to the "sixteen concerning" from the report meeting about" Selected Works of Jiang Zemin" by General Secretary, Hu Jintao, based on the other achievement, using the historical dialectics, practice analysis, comparative study, ecological study method, document retrieval and other methods, focusing on the innovation of Marxist party from the governing nature, ability, political system, governing security and other aspects, and further to do a comprehensive, dialectical, in-depth, systematic study of the history, and offer an objective conclusion of the theory of ruling party's building by Jiang Zemin from the theoretical level, focusing on the ruling party-building innovation by Jiang Zemin's.
