On The Perfection Of Our Duty Crime Prevention Mechanism

Preventing the crime related to authority is a subject full of theoretical and ractical value.This paper is begun with the concept of the crime related to authority,and deeply analyses the very severely negative effect this kind of crime brings to the national economy and politics.Also,this paper analyses the trend of development of the crime related to authority in our country by describing the more and more complicated situations it appears. The writer considers that in order to prevent this kind of crime efficiently the way should be rooted in the current situation of economy and politics of China,and draw lessons from the theory and practice of foreign countries on this aspect,and establish reasonable system,and guarantee the healthy development of economy,and improve the legal system of preventing this kind of crime.Based on above views,the writer analyses the defects of this kind of crime by inquiring into the necessity and feasibility of it and the advanced experiences of other foreign countries.Then,the paper gives a brief introduction of the United Nations Convention against Corruption .At last ,this paper proposes the view of improvement of the crime prevent system on the basement of the study of the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
