The background of research in this paper are the establishment and development of the bankruptcy reform system and bankruptcy manager system in legislation and practice in our country. Based on the background, the introductions to the inter-related system are firstly given on the purpose of clearing the subject concerned, the bankruptcy manager in the process of bankruptcy reform, and placing extra emphasis on the view-points of this paper. Then provide ideas to improve the system of manager in the process of bankruptcy reform in our country, according to the analysis on the problems exposed in the bankruptcy reform practice.In fact, experts have focused on the researches of legal system of bankruptcy for a long time in our country, and made a rich achievement.
