With the development of the society and the science, the companies become more and more important in the market. At the same time, as the development, the environmental problems become more serious. And the environmental obligations of the companies are just combine the two parts.The reason why just combines the companies and the environmental obligations together is that the companies cause lots of environmental damages. Because the companies are the economic person which are seek for profits, its'manage activities inevitably cause damages to the environment. And there are some data which can prove it. The companies take the responsibility is an important way to resolve the environmental problems. Besides, with the development of the theory of companies' social commitment, the companies are required to integrate the entire relevant person, the social and the environment'benefits when they seek for the best benefit for its'shareholder. The companies take responsibility of the environmental obligations is an important portion of its'social commitment.However, it is hard to strengthen the companies to take the responsibility of its'environmental obligations. Nowadays, our companies have serious problems in take environmental responsibility. How to perfect it, which is the problem both the practice and the theory want to resolve. Especially in the minority nationality regions, because of many reasons such as the history, the geographical position, the development of the economic and so on, this problem is much more serious. It is also the reason and purpose to discuss the companies' environmental commitment. Besides, I discuss the special situation in the minority nationality regions. Because of my ken limited, I can not discuss the companies'environmental obligations in the round; I can only study several problems on it.Get rid of the preamble and the epilogue, the text has three chapters. The first chapter is summarizing of the companies'environmental obligations. At first, define the concept of the companies'environmental obligations on the base of existing theory, which is the basic of the study on this subject. Then introduce the origin and progress of companies' environmental obligations, recognize the history in order to give some experiences for our research and practice.The second chapter is analyzing the default of the companies' environmental obligations in our country. This chapter divided into three parts, which are the moment of the companies'setting up, the moment of the companies'prosecuting, the moment after the companies'termination. Through the three parts analyses, we can see the companies'deficiencies (from the setting up to the termination) in taking environmental obligations.The third chapter is the suggestions about companies taking responsibility of environmental obligations. It is also divided three parts, the setting up, the prosecution and the termination of the companies, which are measures to resolve the deficiency in chapter two. The season to discuss the suggestions is in order to perfect the system of the companies taking environmental obligations.In conclusion, through analyze several problems of the companies' environmental obligations; the aim of this text is point out the disfigurement of the companies'environmental obligations'taking and gives material resolve measures, which is in order to contribute to perfect the companies'environmental obligations and environment protecting.
