The phenomenon of Mining migration mainly arisen from the nineties in last century with the emergence of resource-depletion phenomenon in great number cities. As the benefit demands of these groups is directly related to China's social stability, and thus the research and investigation of immigration has become a hotspot of academic research. Whether the Mining immigrants which moved to the new environment is to adapt to local life, the existence of the conflict between the new and old cultural system, cultural change is the norm culture phenomenon.The stability and balance of Culture is relative, and the change and development are absolute. So in this intense cultural change, the paper attempts to understand their own property, which the migrants had transformed, and the ones that were dogged preserved and the factors that affected their full integration into the local environment. The Article are on the base of the statistics and field research by the information obtained show, that age, educational level, gender and career changes before and after removal would affect the main variables of their self-identity and social adaptation. The major Changes are in the external way of life and the conversion of work, but the migrations'awareness of about their identity and the adaptation to the environment is slow, the two are the interaction of each other. This paper take the factor analysis method to determine the main factor on the immigrant miners'social adaptation in the mining area, especially faced with the authority property, professional property, lifestyle and social interaction objects and changes in the way,and these are the main factors in their social adaptation. After the Migration to a new environment, the first is faced with the identity conversion, and the adaptability of the new living environment, including the adaptation of the work environment and belonging sence. This article carried out some useful exploration from the four facets on how they integrate into the new environment, after the migration to the settlement areas of the miners. From the above explanation of the narrative, those which try to adapt and change in the migration areas do some preliminary exploration.
