Under this situation, NGOs (nongovernmental organizations) have developed fast in China. They have played more and more important roles in the process of our modernization. So NGOs are definitely a necessary part of harmonious society building, which are the vital carriers of the transfer in the social functions and indispensable pillars of modern social services.
