State Compensation Law A Number Of Issues Discussed

National Compensation Act as compensation for the country's national professional legislation ,since its introduction in 1995, has made great achievements, but in the actual work which is also exposed many shortcomings, such as The principle of unreasonable Imputation,the lack of material and moral damage compensation, criminal compensation a lesser extent, the lower the amount of compensation and the payment procedure is not quite reasonable and so on, these issues greatly influenced and restricted the scope of application of the Act and maneuverability, the implementation of the law has brought a greater negative impact, it should be modified. This article focuses on aspects from the above analysis of the state compensation law, with a view to the improvement of the national compensation system benefits.
