Cultivating students' mathematical problem solving ability is an important goal of quality education,and also is the inevitable requirement of social development. However, most of the current learning modes and education platforms are difficult to accomplish this goal.Problem-Based Learning is one of the popular learning modes internationally. This mode places learning in the complex and meaningful problem situation, through team cooperation, and independent explore,students solve practical, comprehensive problems.This process can cultivate students' scheme designing ability,the collecting and processing information ability,the analysing and solving problems ability, the interflow and cooperation ability,etc. These abilities are important constitutional indexes of problem-solving ability.Conducting PBL learning mode needs a real or close to the real environment, but present teaching can't provide it,so PBL can't survive. Researchs found that the computer networks have rich resources,are close to the real environment, have mature technologies.They can provide problem solving situations to support the development of PBL.Therefore, this paper tries to study the training platform that supports the pupil' s mathematical problem solving ability,from two aspects including instruction and software design.This study has important theoretical significances and practical application values.This paper adopts literature study,questionnaire,and so on.It has developed corresponding researchs and obtained certain results.(1) Establishing the platform design theoretical basis. Through consulting and analysising the domestic and overseas research results,it has finished the studies of the pupil's mathematics problems training platform, and has clearly defined the mathematics problems,mathematical problem-solving ability,established the Empirical theory,Constructivism theory,Information processing theory, PBL,and Software design theory as fundamental research theory basises.(2) Conducting instructional design of this platform. This paper studied instructional design modle of the pupil mathematical problem solving ability training platform,including these main elements:learner analysis, learning goal setting, problems situation design, the study resources and cognitive tool design,coordination communication design,learning strategy design,reflect evaluation design,display design,and so on.Instructional design will lay foundations for the later modules design and platform'sfunction realizations.(3)Accomplished Platform software design.Through studying some results,implementation model of the platform is concluded.Requirement analysises,overall design and the detailed design have been carried out.Through software realization design,corresponding software model is established,providing a reusable, stronger visual model for pupil's mathematics problem-solving ability training platform examples.(4)Developed a preliminary example, and completed the trial at the same time.Based on the previous instructional design and software design,selecting problems from of comprehensive practice materials parts in People's education press the fourth-grade math textbooks (below),developed and designed a platform examples.This paper secleted some pupils to trial,and verified the platform's effects on cultivating pupils' mathematical problem solving ability.The thesis's innovations are:(1)To avoid platform development's denounce that is "take seriously to study,despise instructional", this study carried out the learning environment design and the construction of learning model, making the platform function and interface design more targeted and more scientific.At the same time ,it provides a reference ideas of the platform use.(2) Under the guidance of related theoretical, it has developed a set of effective pupil's mathematical problem solving ability platform design method and model under the network environment,and provided important references for other elementary school disciplines' development of learning platform.The main future work are further perfecting the function of each platform modules,further enriching the platform contents, improving pupils' mathematics problem-solving ability index system gradually.
