The new curriculum reform demands a new evaluating standard for senior school teachers. As front-line teachers, we should relocate and rethink the evaluating standard of mathematics teachers'classroom teaching quality senior school under the new curriculum idea. How to build up an all-round and new system of teacher assessment in Middle and primary school, which is beneficial to make teachers more creative and carry out all-around development education, is becoming the most important thing of the education reform nowadays. The evaluating of teachers'classroom teaching quality is an important way to improve a teacher's professional education accomplishment. To promote a teacher's professional education accomplishment, it is a must to improve the evaluating system of teachers'classroom teaching quality continuously which emphasizes on the analyzing and rethinking profoundly in teacher himself and it is a must to set up an evaluating system based on self judges in teacher together with other appraises method.Under the ground of new curriculum reform, making NanYang middle school as a study case, the all-around evaluating of teacher's classroom teaching quality demanded by teacher himself as the object of study, this paper studies the evaluating of mathematics teachers'classroom teaching quality in senior school and analyzes the course of carrying out self evaluating of mathematics teachers'classroom teaching quality in senior school. A continuously diagnosis survey activity is carried out to improve the system integrating with scientific evaluation research theories and methods so as to set up a system which is suitable for self- evaluating of mathematics teachers'classroom teaching quality in senior school. I hope that it has an enlightening effect on the side of promoting the quality of classroom teaching and improving the teachers'as well as students'academic performance.Although there are so many monographs with reference to the way of teacher assessment on classroom teaching, and although there are so many other articles which written by the front-line teachers who has the experienced teaching methods and under the ground of curriculum reform, there are few articles about the mathematics teacher self-evaluation on the classroom in senior school. So I want to do something to contribute in building up the standard of the self-evaluation for mathematics teachers in senior school and do some good to the new round of curriculum reform.
