In this study, starting from system theory, Upon review of the literature,interviews with experts to determine the impact factors of basketball coachesmanagers execution。And then to Nanchang in Jiangxi Province, College BasketballLeague and won the championship basketball team coaches as the research object,Leadership on the basketball coaches, colleagues, peers, players and often act as areferee for this basketball team for a total of28questionnaires。And recovery ofvalid questionnaires for data analysis and comparison, according to the role andoccupational characteristics of the college basketball coaches, college basketballcoaches in the role。Then the second part of the survey results of the use ofquestionnaires in-depth analysis to identify the champion basketball team coacheslack of executive ability, and pave the way for the next step for the lack ofCountermeasures Analysis。And then the second part of the survey results of the useof questionnaires in-depth analysis to identify the lack of championship basketballteam coaches execution, and analysis to pave the way for the next step for the lack ofCountermeasures. The results is following:1、Basketball Coaches levels:(1) Coaches knowledge did not meet the player requirements;(2) Coaches in the game of communication and coordination capacity is not enough;(3) Coaches in the ability to command did not meet referee;(4) Coaches rational use of game time there is a gap;(5) Not pay enough attention to the coaches’ team building and management;(6) Coaches satisfaction and sense of responsibility;2、The level of team organization and management:(1) The development and management of the strategic objectives are not clear;(2) Management processes did not meet the leadership requirements;(3) Imperfect system of performance evaluation and incentive constraints;(4) Coaches team control and feedback are in place;(5)Plan does not suit the players actual; (6) leadership did not play the leadership role.And the college basketball coaches to enhance management executioncorresponding to the elevated.1、Enhance the quality of basketball coaches.Enhance the prestige and Use of Personnel capacity of the coaches which playersin the ordinary course of the management; for the weak spot commanding ability ofthe coaches need to do before the targeted and fully prepared, in-depth understandingof the opponent, the game’s various contingencies conditions, tactics, and their owntactics To learn more reasonable arrangement; reasonable to use the pause andsubstitutions; improve the predictive capability of the game. To improve and enhancetheir communication and coordination skills, the management of the team’s use ofvarious management tools to sort by the importance of the matter, which the playersto establish their own credibility, enhance their sense of responsibility andself-satisfaction. Finally, emphasis on team building and management of the team,improve team cohesion.2、Strengthen the team organization and management。Strengthen the cultural construction of the team, in want of promote a culture ofresponsibility, and strengthen the implementation of awareness. The actual situationfor the team to develop practical team competition and training program objectives isto improve the internal driving force of the team organization and personal execution.Strengthened the professional ethics of the team members in the rational division ofresponsibilities and make the tasks of the team members and organizations clear, sothat the division of labor is clear and specific responsibility to the people。Communication and leadership to establish a reasonable system of managementprocesses, Furthermore, the basketball coaches in the management process mustimplement the principle of combining personal motivation and team motivation, teamincentives and mutual support, and promote mutual cooperation between the players.Focus on training, appointment and reward for the team, players dare to takeresponsibility and burden-sharing, and leading the entire organization members asense of responsibility to establish, and is reflected in which the usual training and competition.
