Under the background of the overall transition of educational system, the school-a component of this system-is also actively exploring change on management. The transformation is characterized by globality, uncertainty, openness, positivity, chronicity, while problem diagnosis and solving development patterns have the assumption of decomposability, certainty, closure, negativity, timeliness, so the development patterns can not lead the transformational change. The role awareness and the quality of the school middle managers who get the development patterns, make middle managers difficult to adapt to change. So we need a new perspective to explore the suitability of the training system to promote the change process. This article is to explore the theory of appreciative inquiry, which can provide new theoretical perspectives and practical path for school middle managers training.On the basis of field research, I analyze first-hand information by appreciative inquiry Perspective:I first analyze the development situation of S Elementary School from four main aspects about the management system, school culture, organizational structure and middle-text system to grasp the organizational context of middle managers culture. And then run from the formal system and institutional mechanisms for in-depth analysis of primary cultured S middle.Based on the analysis results of the two-level analysis, I work out the building path of middle management system:①set appreciative leader as the target of building the middle management system;②establish the value system which sets the human spirit as the core, and pursuits the fairness and justice, professionalism, flexibility, appreciation of nature, change and mobility and other systems;③in the process of building middle management system, we should focus on maintaining and optimizing the middle managers’growing ecosystem made of middle manager growth factors and system operation mechanism;④establish a formal system of middle manager appointment, examination and evaluation, training, etc, according to middle school competency model and school reality. In addition, based on the S elementary analysis, I tentatively outline specific ways to use AI theory that focuses on full participation, interaction and dialogue, systematic inquiry and internal generation.
