Happiness, people regard him as the ultimate goal of life in an effort to pursueher. On the research on the teachers’ professional happiness, purpose is to sharehappiness education, building a harmonious society to happiness.This study BinChuanXian three senior high school teachers as the research object,the integrated use of literature research, survey method, case interview method,comparative research, on the basis of questionnaire to learn from others, combinedwith the actual, compiled in the teachers’ professional happiness survey questionnaire,carried on the questionnaire survey of180high school teachers, including nineteachers for the individual interview. Results showed:(1)BinChuanXian the generalcharacteristics of the high school teachers vocational happiness, only a quarter ofteachers can experience the happiness at work, almost one over ten of the teachershave no happiness, there are few teachers choose not to know. Highest struckbinchuan no.1middle school teachers’ professional happiness, struck binchuanthree teachers’ happiness in the lowest, struck binchuan in four teacher centered;Female teachers’ professional happiness is significantly higher than male teachers;Happiness appear weak in teachers’ age and teaching age-the characteristics ofthe strong to the weak; Career well-being is proportional to the teachers’professional titles; Teachers’ professional happiness minimum grade three.(2)BinChuanXian high school teachers vocational happiness degree had no obviousrelation with teachers, almost are bachelor degree or above. Factors that affect highschool teachers vocational happiness: income level, income gap, title evaluation,whether as a head teacher and administrative leadership, does it have the leadershipconcern and recognition, the school of management and welfare, interpersonalharmony, respect for teachers and students teaching brings a sense of achievement,positive and healthy hobbies, physical and mental health conditions, higherprofessional identity, etc.Finally, this study on how to promote teachers’ professional happiness, putforward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, think should from thesociety and the education administrative departments, school leaders and teachersthemselves effectively improve BinChuanXian high school teachers’ professionalhappiness.
