Since early adolescence(9-13 years old) girls in puberty earlier, this phase of the girl’s body will not only change the appearance,also the psychological will change. Exercise intervention from different sports items are used to explore the impact on the development of the Preadolescent girls physical self-esteem, to help them establish the correct physical concept, and to offer proper vision and real basis for the training of the preadolescence girls psychological quality, and for the promotion of the preadolescence girls overall development to better adapt the society.A questionnaire survey, experimental research, third-grade and forth-grade students in elementary school are chosen to take three types of sports in the experimental teaching. Namely: fancy rope skipping, kickboxing, Latin dance. In order to ensure the reliability of the results, the control group students from the third-grade and the forth-grade students who do not take training. The three groups in the experimental group will take 18 weeks’ lesson, twice a week, and 60 minutes once(including the preparatory activities and relaxation activities). Before and after the experiment the “children’s physical self-esteem scale” and statistical analysis are used in the investigation.The results showed that:Different forms of physical exercises are all helpful to the development of the preadolescence girls physical self-esteem. Physical self-esteem levels in fancy rope skipping classes are dramatically increased in the six dimensions like health, coordination,power,spring,speed and endurance;Physical self-esteem level in kickboxing classes are dramatically increased in six other dimensions, such as appearance, speed, flexibility, endurance, physical activity, and physical self-worth; Physical self-esteem level in Latin dance class has improved markedly in seven dimensions like appearance, physical attractiveness, physical activity, coordination, endurance, physical self-worth, and overall self-esteem.There are differences among the preadolescence girls physical self-esteem from different experimental classes. The fancy rope skipping is more beneficial than the kickboxing for the preadolescent girls on their views on spring and sensitivity; the kickboxing is more beneficial than the fancy rope skipping for the preadolescence girls on their views on appearance, physical activity, flexibility; the kickboxing is more beneficial than the Latin dance for the preadolescence girls on their views on speed, flexibility; the Latin dance is more beneficial than the kickboxing for the preadolescence girls on their views on physical attractiveness; the Latin dance is more beneficial than the fancy rope skipping for the preadolescence girls on increasing in five dimensions, such as physical attractiveness, appearance, sport skill, physical self-worth, and overall self-esteem; the fancy rope skipping is more beneficial than the Latin dance for the preadolescent girls on their views on spring, sensitivity, flexibility.
