| With the continuous development of professional basketball tournament, the competitive level is higher and higher and the difference between the level of the leagues is also shrinking. It often appears a situation without any winner in normal time of the game, which appeared a situation that the winner will be decided in a lot of overtime. And there are only five minutes in each extra time, the key to win is to choose efficient technical and tactical style of playing. NBA is the best basketball tournament in the world,the level of NBA is much higher than CBA, and CBA can learn many excellent places from it. Through observing the extra time of NBA and CBA, recording and analysising the relevant data to explore the offensive skills and tactics of the winning team as well as the similarities and differences between CBA and NBA in extra time, and make recommendations of the technical and tactical arrangements in extra time.Thesis uses literature, mathematical statistics, video observation, comparative analysis and logical reasoning to study the technical and tactical offensive arrangements of NBA and CBA, and count the use of conventional tactics and unconventional tactics in extra time. Conventional tactics refers the pick and roll in personal offensive game and the mass cut and other tactics in team participation, and unconventional tactics refers game tactical sights, tactical pause, and throw tactics. Analysis of the differences on technical and tactical choice of the outcome of the offensive team in extra time, distinction between the technical and tactical choice and the main factors affecting the tactical arrangements in overtime. Here are the results:(1)the same technical and tactical point of attack chosen between the winner and the loser in extra time: individual tactics becomes the main offensive way in extra time; the winner will choose more technical and tactical offensive from others to attack; either "inside" or "outside" is the hand position, ignore to use the middle area of the three-point line; the restricted area is the most important area to score points, while the role of free throws is getting more important; to select a different technical and tactical point in extra time of NBA and CBA is: CBA uses personal ability to complete the offensive attack more; shooting selection is beyond the three-point line to shot.(2)unconventional tactics is used more and more frequently in the final stages of extra time, mostly unconventional tactics tactical arrangements are used by behind the team in the final stage and the most direct factor to affect the extra time is tactical time and score. Unconventional tactics are often used continuously, mainly as follows: Attack Tactics- foul tactics- request for suspension- throw tactics, which are followed by recycling.The main recommendations are:(1) use the team’s strength to play the extra time well, and focus on breaking the restricted area.(2) pay attention to the beginning and play a good start.(3) take the role of team players and foreign aid seriously.(4) arrange different and effective tactics according to the field situation.(5) pay attention to improve the team’s competitive level because of the poor level of CBA. |
