With the modernization, diversification of global vision, cooperation become modern social interpersonal, work life indispensable important link, takes the children socially in development, cultivate children’s good social adaptation ability, improve children’s peer interaction skills, help children establish friendly partner relationship right become the important content in today’s education. In young children’s peer interaction, will there is a popular children’s and neglected children, children’s popularity in the companion plays an important role in the development of young children in the future.This paper uses the way of participation observation, to the kindergarten middle shift the role of the game for the situation, for three popular young and two neglected them to carry out a case study, this study observated for five children, collecting relevant data, through the characteristics of children’s speech and behavior characteristics to compare the two aspects of analysis, understand the behavioral characteristics of popular children’s peer interaction and language features.From study, popular children in verbal communication, more is in active status, verbal communication types is given priority to with consultations and advice, strategy mainly use pro-social verbal communication. Popular children’s way to participate in the activities of the initiative is higher, and active attitude in peer exchanges, often can actively join the other children’s activities. And peer communication ability is stronger, and companion during the game, on the premise of can abide by the rules of the game, to take appropriate means to improve the quality of the game and fun, but also can get the response of the companions. Popular children and neglected children’s performance in peer exchanges have obvious differences, the neglected children in the verbal communication, more than in a passive position, the types of verbal communication is used more is neglected, the peer advice without any response, most neglected children habits alone game, more isolated, and peer interaction between is less, attitude is more passive, need company invitation to join the game, every game can abide by the rules of the game, but no any Suggestions or opinions on the game, even if occasionally Suggestions, rarely get peer response.Through the observation of the popular children and neglected children study, on the basis of the foregoing analysis, this paper puts forward the relevant popular young children and neglected children’s peer interaction of individual education.
