| Nowadays the heels are welcomed by most females, it has gradually become an indispensable part of the life of women, and it is also one of the important factors affecting the health of women. This study use the three-dimensional system,video analysis of EMG test system and 3-D force platform system and had tests of women who wear 7cm high-heeled shoes and flat shoes walking synchronization test for women, and obtained the following results:(1) Kinematic analysis shows that, the heel contact time, full foot and heel off the ground time moments, with the heel height increased, will lead to the hip joint angle and knee angle decreases, the ankle joint angle increases. The whole foot, foot to knee moment angle, is the minimum support stage is 156.89°. Toe off constantly, with the heel height increases, the hip angle decreases, while the knee joint angle and ankle angle increases. Support early, wear7 cm heels,the pace is slower, with a time of 0.13 s. Wear heels 7cm hip angle increases, the knee joint angle and ankle angle has reduced. Support the medium-term, wear heels 7cm significantly slower pace, the time for the whole support phase is the most for 0.44 seconds, mainly by the knee joint caused by excessive buckling. Wear heels 7cm ankle joint angle and the hip joint angle decreases, but the knee joint angle is increased. The support post, wear heels 7cm pace is slower, with a time of 0.14 s. Wear heels 7cm knee joint angle decreases, the ankle joint angle and the hip joint angle will increase the overall.(2) The EMG analysis shows, average i EMG in supporting early and support medium-term, anterior wear heels 7cm left tibia lateral gastronomies muscle values were: 39.75 u Vs, 37.85 u Vs and 56.33 u Vs, 52.67 u Vs. Support early and support this middle two muscle EMG activity are strong, especially in supporting medium-term EMG activity is very fierce, the average i EMG value is the maximum of whole support stage, at the same time, tibia is anterior, lateral gastronomies muscle percentage greater than average amplitude also wear flat shoes, therefore, the two stage is easy to cause the calf muscles fatigue, cause leg pain. The support post, wear heels 7cm left tibialis anterior and lateral gastronomies average integral electromechanical value is less than the wear flat shoes, the reason is 7cm wear high-heeled shoes to walk, in support of the late, always in a state of ankle flexion of gastronomies muscle tendon moment arm pre elongated decreases, resulting in reduced ability in push off phase.(3) The kinetic analysis showed that, wear 7cm high-heeled shoes of vertical force in the heel full time before the emergence of two waves, explained in the heel just touch the ground with full time, the instability of wear high-heeled shoes in the vertical direction. Wear heels 7cm in the heel contact moment, moment full foot and toe off time, X direction and Y direction large swinging. In the Z direction, in the heel a moment, there is a maximum value of 6806.18 N, the reason is that smaller 7cm wear high-heeled shoes heel touch the ground, leading to greater stress. In the full foot moment, in the Z direction, the force reaches a minimum of 4436.54 N. At toe off time, it appears a maximum value of 6390.82 N, but less than the heel moment force value. |
