Research On The Working Model Of Grassroots Sports Coaches' Value In Sichuan Province

The theory of Work values is the hot issue in the field of management and psychology. The main objects of research included people in the industries of enterprise, education, medical treatment, administration and so on. However, the basic level coach in Sports organizations industry has not been involved yet.Through theoretical analysis and expert interview, the author tested 220 basic level sports coaches in Sichuan province by self-designed questionnaire in order to analysis the structural dimensions of sports coaches’ work values, the research process is as follows: Based on the results of researching the literature of work values at home and abroad and interviewing the basic level sports coaches, 54 key event indexes are picked up by the experts from those original ones. It is determined that the primary scale consists of 8 dimensions and the study obtained a first- order eight- factor& high- order single- factor presumptive model;After the process of reliabilities test, project analysis, correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis, the study came to the result that the structure of basic level sports coaches in Sichuan province contains 6 dimensions. And the presumptive model has been turned into a first- order six- factor& high- order single- factor one eventually.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The scale of the basic level sports coaches’ work values in Sichuan province consists of 6 dimensions with 27 subjects. The total scale reliability coefficient is 0.94, the reliability coefficient of each dimension(Volitional quality, Altruism, Organizational environment, Self-development, Relationship and Job properties) reaches 0.80 above, the factor loading quantity of all items is 0.45 above which shows that this scale has a comparatively good reliability and validity.(2) The basic level sports coaches’ work values in Sichuan province is a first- order six- factor& high- order single- factor mode.(3) The dimension of Volitional quality has become an essential part of the structural model of the basic level sports coaches’ work values in Sichuan province.(4) The dimensions of Remuneration and Prestige status are rejected from the hypothesis model of the basic level sports coaches’ work values in Sichuan province.
