Considering the contents of the interviews and the characteristics of the junior students, teachers and parents of the primary school as well as the junior grade students in elementary school, it is not hard to see, the cause closely related with the students themselves, the school, the family and the social and other four aspects, From the students themselves point of view, the students of grade school in elementary school have the characteristics of attention dispersion, self-control and the limitations of thinking. From school point of view, the school is lack of complete target system for the study habits management, and it is not enough to the creative study habits and the implementation of the training of cooperative learning.
