| Nowadays, the national government has paid much attention to the development of football game and put forward a series of policies, which brings the prosperity of football in China. The development of modern football game brings more requirements for football referees. Xi’an is a city full of strong atmosphere of playing football, and amateur football is developed well and popular among people. Philosophies of football league and the level of service and referees in Xi’an have been highly appraised after establishment. On the basis of current situation of referees in Xi’an Football League, this paper applied the methods of literature reviews, survey, mathematical statistics, and logical induction to investigate current situation of referees in Xi’an Football League. Afterwards, this study analyzed problems in the construction and development of referee team and proposed some specific measures, which lays the foundation for the healthy and sustainable promotion of Xi’an Football League development, and provides a theoretical basis for training and constructing referee team in Shaanxi.Results as follows:1) from the referee the basic situation: Xi’an City Football League referee reasonable age structure, the referee occupation more sports teachers and students, the overall level of reasonable structure referee still has a few female referees to participate, but the referee staff in the geographical distribution is not balanced.2)Referee knowledge structure from the point of view: Xi’an City Football League Referees overall high level of education, high proficiency in English and computers.3)Judging from amateur referee: Xi’an City Football League Referees theoretical case study and physical training high degree of attention. Participation in the work of law enforcement referee screenings and more, have experience.4)From the point of view of self-awareness Referee: Xi’an City Football League Referees referee mostly in the main hobbies, their work and family conflicts referee is the biggest constraint to participate in the game.5)From the referee selection, training and assessment situation: Xi’an City Football League Referees efforts in the selection, training is not enough, the young referees lack of opportunities for training and practice.6)In term of the problems above, in order for better development of judge team, we should found League Referee Committee to improve the comprehensive quality of referees, establish reasonable systems for selection and training of referees, set up referee supervision mechanisms, and enhance working conditions and wages of referees. |
