| With the movement of the mobile communication technology, represented as a symbol of human civilization, mobile phones, tablet PCs and other mobile terminal have integrate into people’s lives ever closer, and have become a tool for people to obtain information and develop self.On the existing Internet, there have been rich and well-designed learning resources, if we take advantage of these resources, and do some appropriate reconstruction like "slices", they will be suitable for today’s mobile learning terminal, and enrich existing mobile learning resources rapidly at the same time. It also fully enhance the utilization of existing Web learning resources. Make use of resources through appropriate resource management technology and meet the needs of users real time, quickly, and accurately. This paper includes the following work:(1) Based on related metadata technology, established a "slice" repository metadata model from two aspects of base and relational metadata. Develop the basic metadata by reference to the existing relevant metadata standards and giving full consideration to mobile learning, tcharacteristics of mobile terminals, technology characteristics of Web resources, and the organization of the content. Develop the relational metadata by considering the interaction between "slices" resources and users. Finally, give the relation mapping between repository metadata model and the relational database tables.(2) The web learning resources is abundant and growing rapidly, and after a "slice" option, its number will be even greater. Based on this, we achieve the incremental indexing when establish inverted index on the "slices" repository, providing users with fast and real-time retrieval experience.(3) As the granularity of "slices" resource is minimum, its properties is more refined, complex while its reusability is improved. Based on this, we achieve dynamic faceted search and resource recommendation mechanism on "slice". |
