Study on the professional development of teachers has become the focus of researchers. Professional development of mathematics teachers, teachers need to have the knowledge has become the most important problem research. Shulman put forward the pedagogical content knowledge (Pedagogical Content Knowledge, referred to as PCK) provides direction for the teachers’ specialization. For mathematics teachers, mathematics pedagogical content knowledge (Mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge, referred to as MPCK) is the key factor of mathematics teachers professional growth. As the main part of the pre service teachers, MPCK development of mathematics professional degree graduate is the key,Domestic and foreign researches on the knowledge structure of pre service teachers, the lack of investigation and Research on the study of mathematical master degree MPCK. This research mainly adopts questionnaire method, test method, interview method, classroom observation method, the application of Excel, SPSS, R language, Matlab for data processing, research on mathematics professional degree graduate MPCK situation investigation and study. In order to recognize the study of mathematical master degree MPCK knowledge comprehensive, system, to provide practical help for professional development.The thesis consists of six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction. The research background, purpose and significance of the introduction makes clear the design ideas, and. The second chapter is literature review. Through to the domestic and foreign related PCK, MPCK research, carding, summing up, lay the theoretical foundation of the research. The third chapter is on the overall investigation on mathematics master degree of status quo of MPCK, based on the mathematical content knowledge (Mathematics Knowledge, referred to as MK), general pedagogical knowledge (Pedagogical Knowledge, referred to as PK) and the knowledge about students (Content Knowledge, referred to as CK) were tested, results analysis.The fourth chapter is the research on the case study of mathematics professional degree students view under MPCK is introduced into the design and problem solving, and thestudents on the evaluation practice teacher effectiveness analysis, obtained the status characteristics of MPCK development research mathematics professional degree students. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the suggestion of. That the study of mathematics professional degree students in MPCK development is still in the primary stage of transformation, according to preliminary explore the main reasons, and puts forward appropriate improvement of curriculum, the necessity of establishing the PCK repository, clear learning objectives, grasp the education internship four suggestions for improving MPCK from two aspects of school and individual.
