Nowadays, the requirement of talent training becomes higher. Innovative talents are needed to promote the progress and development of society. The computational thinking as one of scientific thinking has a vital role to the training of the thinking ability. It also has a positive effect on the practical problem of life. Then it is an important method to cultivate students’ innovative thinking. Information technology is a practical strongly course. The teaching of information technology based on computational thinking has great help for students’practical ability training and information literacy promotion. It makes students realize the convenience of computational thinking and learn to think. It contributes to solving practical problems flexibly.At present, many teachers and students pay less attention to information technology. They take computer related courses as a courseware production tools or Internet tools. But they ignore the positive role of information technology to train practice ability. Therefore, the Flash teaching design based on Computational Thinking is worthy researching. This paper analyzed carefully the computational thinking, the development of applying information technology and subject characteristics. Then it selected the object of investigation to investigate and study students’ recognition of the computational thinking, and put forward on an autonomous learning model based on computational thinking. Through the research at home and abroad, it regarded "guide layer animation" as an example to study the specific teaching practice, and it investigated the students’ cognition again.It summarized the change of students’ computational thinking. And it selected the works based on unused computational thinking teaching and computational thinking to analyze the importance of computational thinking. After repeated investigation, it analyzed the success and failure to improve teaching.The article is divided into six parts. The first part described the current state of computational thinking’s status, development state of computational thinking at home and abroad. It also introduced the present situation of Flash, and explained the purpose and significance of the research of this paper. Finally, it introduced the process and method of the paper. The second part introduced the meanings and characteristics of computational thinking. It analyzed the status and characteristics of the course in middle school. Combining with the demand of computational thinking education, it expounded necessity and important significance of thinking training. According to the literature, the third part explained the development demands of the new curriculum. It expounded the significance of autonomous learning and the improvement of thinking ability based on the autonomous learning model. It also described this model. The fourth part is the analysis based on the current situation. It took "guide layer animation" as an example to practice teaching mode. It analyzed the results of practice in detail. Finally, it also made specific comments about the student works. The fifth part made analysis on both sides of the summary of the article. It showed the conclusion of this research. It also found out the inadequacies of the study, in order to make the improvement work in the future.
