Career decision-making as well as marriage decision is one of the most important decisions in our life. Making different career decision will make us have different life style, different circle, different life quality and career development state. Career decision-making self-efficacy and career incentives are important elements in the research area of career.Therefore, Studying the impact of career decision-making self-efficacy and career incentives on career decision-making process is essential and meaningful.This study is meaningful for students to make better career decision, for organizations to introduce talents and for schools to guidance employment.Based on reviewing the related researches on career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making process, focusing on the graduate, combining of methods of experiment and measurement, introducing of career incentives time pressure and information integrity variables, this study examines the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on decision making process and career decision-making tendency.The article has two parts. Firstly, the article investigated the impact of career decision-making self-efficacy on decision making process. There are 144 graduates subject in first part. This part introduced time pressure and information integrity variables, and used the information display board technology and measurement to investigate the impact of career decision-making self-efficacy on career decision-making process. Secondly, there are 144 graduates subject in this part, too. Through measurement and occupational programs, this part investigate the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on career decision-making tendency.The main conclusions:(1)Salary, location and interest round out the top three of the career incentives.(2)Time pressure has a significant effect on the career decision-making process.(3)Information integrity has a significant effect on the career decision-making process.(4)Career decision-making self-efficacy has a significant effect on the career decision-making process.(5)Career decision-making self-efficacy doesn’t have a significant effect on the tendency of career decision-making.(6)Occupational programs affect the tendency of career decision-making.Therefore, we can know that career incentives and career decision-making self-efficacy can infect people’s career decision-making. So, we should promote college students’ employment. Firstly, the society should announce the recruitment information, and organization should recruitment fairly, and create a healthy recruitment environment; Secondly, the college should play the role of a bridge, improve the curriculum, update the concept of teaching, enhance the employ ability of college students; Lastly, students need strengthen capacity building, improve the employment ability and the career decision-making quality.
