The students vocational ideal status quo investigation and countermeasure research In Tibetan areas Abstract Professional ideal as the power source of professional activity, it can play the role of guidance, regulation and motivation for individual career development, it has important influence for their future professional activities and professional development process.Students is the main force of the future education career, is the key to improve the quality of basic education, Tibetan area students education is the solid strength in Tibet, their career ideal situation will directly affect the development of education in Tibet.Research on the status quo of the students in vocational ideal in Tibetan areas is in favor of normal universities to cultivate the highly competent teachers and has the great importance to make them adapt to the tibetan situation.In this paper, after according to the thought of "theory to study-- the status quo of adjustable-- Chad a cause-- analysis countermeasures" and made a lot of reading literature analysis, investigating and studying the current situation of Tibet area students career ideal, and made the differences research in Tibet students vocational ideal of gender, ethnicity, grade, students research, analysis the influence factors. and then made the in-depth and detailed analysis to the existing problems and reasons, in order to enhance pertinence and effectiveness of the vocational ideal education in teachers colleges in Tibet.At last put forward.Mainly through the questionnaire survey method on how to foster the region vocational ideal.This study was investigated to survey the status quo of the students in vocational ideal in Tibet and drew the following conclusions:(1) the Tibetan students vocational ideal level belongs to the medium to high degree, is not very high, generally speaking, presents a kind of "held in cognitive target- low emotional state.(2)there are significant gender differences in the Tibetan students’ vocational ideal level, and female students’ vocational ideal level is higher than male students’ vocational ideal level.(3) there are significant differences between students in Tibetan students’ vocational ideal level,and the level of students from the farmers and herdsmen are higher than urban students level of students’ vocational ideal.(4) there are significant grade differences of the Tibetan students’ vocational ideal level, and the third and fourth grade students’ emotional professional levels are higher than normal grade one.(5)there is no significant ethnic differences to the Tibetan students’ vocational ideal level.This study discussed on the above findings.and made an open questionnaire, to know the main factors influencing the Tibet area students vocational ideal is social factors, school factors and individual factors, and so on.Finally based on the status quo of the students in vocational ideal in Tibet and its causes, and finally to improve students’ vocational ideal education in Tibetan areas by giving several Suggestions and countermeasures:(1) the social aspects, improve teachers’ social status, to establish a system of teachers civil servants,;(2) Suggestions to school education mainly from the two aspects of the reasonable curriculum and reform the education internship system;(3) from the students themselves mainly cultivate students’ professional emotion, set up the correct professional values and students career planning countermeasures.
