Teachers’ speech evaluation behavior is an important component of teachers’ teaching behavior, which have a certain influence on the students’ academic achievementnand the establishment of "self concept". whether the teacher use evaluation language correctly, give the timely, appropriate and invigorative evaluation to students’ performance, which is critical to students’ learning and growth. Due to the lack of systematic research about physics teachers’ speech evaluation behavior, which make the present situation and problem of the high school physics teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour is unclear. After organizing, summarizing and thinking deeply the related research results, I chose "the present situation research of high school physics teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour" as my research theme.Firstly, analysing the related research about teachers’ speech evaluation behavior by literature method, and combine with the actual result of classroom observation, confirm the dimension of the observation project. According to the dimension of the observation project, design "Classroom performance record table of high school physics teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour" and "the student interview outline of high school physics teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour".Secondly, carrying out classroom observation and actual interview by classroom performance record table and the student interview outline, analysising and counting the results of observation and interview, describe the present situation of high school physics teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour systematically from five dimensions mainly, including nature of evaluation, evaluation object, evaluation of timing, the content of evaluation and situation of evaluation, meanwhile explain the similarity and distinction of conclusion between the existing research and this study.Once again, base on the present situation of high school physics teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour, combining with the requirement of the development of education and teaching, so as to reveal a lot of problems of teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour in high school.In the end, this study aimed at the problems of high school physics teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour at the present stage, putting forward improvement suggestions from two aspects of generality and personality problems, on the one hand, it can solve some problems in a certain extent of the teachers’ speech evaluation behavior, at the same time, it is important to improve the level of teachers’ speech evaluation behaviour.
