In the final analysis, the international competition is the competition of talents, especially the demand of science and technology innovation talents, which has become one of the hot spots in the world. Under the background of this era, science and technology innovation education is not only the responsibility of higher education, higher education and secondary education stage should be responsible for the training of innovative talents. The stage of secondary education is in full swing to carry out all kinds of the innovation of scientific and technological education curriculum, of which many have realized the combination of higher education stage, and have discovered the importance of the resource of university to science and technology innovation education curriculum. Although there are many schools have begun to implement, but how to implement the innovation of science and technology education curriculum with the resources of university, there is still a lack of systematic and in-depth study.The study will systematically analysis the necessity of the middle school combined with the resources of university to implement the innovation of science and technology education curriculum, and through the investigation on the typical case of school curriculum, combining theory with practice, to learn about the laws of the innovation of science and technology education curriculum which combined with the resources of university, for middle school which combined the resources of university to implemented science and technology innovation education curriculum to provide the basis of theory and practice, and to train more scientific and technological innovation talents.In this study, the author has carried on the summary of the science and technology innovation education curriculum of domestic and foreign high school combined with the resources of university to implement. At present, the research of the innovation of science and technology education curriculum with the resources of university in middle schools is on the basis of practice, have the lack of systematic theoretical research. On the basis of the practice, the author systematically discussed the innovation of science and technology education curriculum with the resources of university from education system development, the psychological development of students, the development of student’s personality and educational resources utilization rate, as a model in this study to establish the foundation, investigated from the point of curriculum, including the curriculum idea, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum organization and curriculum evaluation, and to be the implementation of an interview base to create the survey tools, to have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the implementation of the innovation of scientific and technological education curriculum with the resources of university.The author selected the five secondary schools in Shanghai as the research object, interviewed the secondary technology counselor teacher of each object. And obtained a total of 360 minutes of interview tape record, then the author organize the tape record into a document, received a total of 18 cases of curriculum. The author makes a result presentation and analysis according to the curriculum idea, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum organization and curriculum evaluation.According to the study of theory and the research results have got the conclusion of this study, have found the following points about the middle school combined with the resources to carry out technological innovation education curriculum: the innovation of science and technology education curriculum with there sources of university should be based on the innovative literacy cultivation as the core value, the human resources and the material resources of the resources of university play the biggest role of the innovation of science and technology education curriculum with the resources of university, the course content of subject integration is conducive to the innovation of science and technology education curriculum with the resources of university, the step curriculum is conducive to broaden the audience of students, task driven teaching method is conducive to the implementation of the innovation of science and technology education curriculum with the resources of university, comprehensive evaluation of the process is conducive to the implementation of the innovation of science and technology education curriculum with the resources of university.
