On May 30, 2014, Xi Jinping, the secretary general went to Haidian Minzu Elementary School, delivered an address of Actively Cultivate and Practice the Socialist Core Values from Childhood, profoundly revealed the significance of education of the socialist core values among children, and put forward the basic requirements: Remember Requirements, Set Model in the Mind, Start from Childhood, Accept help. Children, as the backbone of the future construction of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, are the important objects and basic subjects need to accept the education of socialist core values, therefore, exploring a suitable path for the education of the socialist core values among children is not only the voice of theory, but also the need of practice.However, how to effectively carry out the cultivation and practice of socialist core values has not caused enough attention in the academic circle. As the strategic reserve of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the young pioneers organization is the main place and second class for children to receive ideological and moral education, especially the carry out of young pioneers activities, it plays an important role in children education. Therefore, this paper takes the young pioneers as the carrier and research perspective, using the methods of literature study, connection between theory and practice, from 5 aspects which are strengthening organization and leading to realize top-down design, following the law of children’s physical and mental development to strengthen basic requirements, giving play to carrier effect of the young pioneers organization to realize resource integration, refining the specific path to strengthen implementation guidance, and designing scientific evaluation to implement timely rewards and punishments, explores a 5 dimensional path of cultivation and practice of the socialist core values among children, which has huge significance on enriching the theory and practice of socialist core values education.
