The educational law is a cross subject between the science of law and pedagogy .It is based on the theoretical law, the common research methods in law, the achievements in scientific research in neighboring law, general law and special law and the practice of legal system.This paper is composed of six chapters.Chapter one defines the educational law, including its object of study and its nature in order to lay a foundation for the theoretical cognition to offer the course of the educational law in normal universities.Chapter two reviews the history of research in the educational law, including the construction of legal system of education, the research in theory in the educat6ional law.Chapter three, the focal point, probes into the necessity, the feasibility and the value of offering the course of the educational law in normal universities.Chapter four demonstrates that the teaching aim of the course is to make the educatee identify the value of the educational norms, and it explores the gradations and the modes of the identification of the value.Chapter five explores the basis for offering the content 梩eaching aim .The content consists of four parts: the educational administration ,the instructor抯 rights and duties ,the educatee抯 rights and obligations and the legal responsibilities of all of the three.At the end of the paper, the writer suggests taking the course of the educational law as a basic one and that the best way to achieve the teaching aim be the teaching method of combining theory and practice.
