On The Quality Of Education-oriented Primary Management

Quality education is being implemented today. How to treat the original primary management in the need of the quality education? This article tries to expound from the basic theory of the quality education and the essence of the quality education in the Third National Education Congress. And it carries through the constitution of the primary education content from the operative, manipulative and etc, which form the goal guidance of the primary education management. On the basis of these, it searches for the primary managerial appraisement and mechanism of the quality education guidance, and the new system of the quality education guidance in primary management. It aims at the practicality at present, the management in the classroom and the course, the community education management, infiltrates the humane spirit in the management and the several aspects, accordingly impulses and implements the quality education.
