The Main Problems Of Educational Development Of Luohu District, Shenzhen, And School Reform Policy Framework

The abstract of the thesisThe paper at first gives an analysis about the current situation of the educational development in Luo flu district in Shenzhen Economic Special Zone and thinks that the major problem is the keen contradiction between the educational investment and requirement. The main reason of causing this problem is the singleness of the educational investment system and the out-of-date concept of education ignoring the market regulation. To solve the problem, the basic way is to carry out the reform of the system of running a school .The paper also gives a theoretical analysis on the argument of the educational fairness which is caused by the reform of the system of running a school .
