Teacher Education Analysis Of Legal Awareness And Strategic Thinking

Under the socialistic market system, our economic system reform will run deep gradually and we think this must lead to reforms in politic, culture, and education. In the educational system reforms, the socialistic relationship restructured by our educational laws have had significant changes and need urgently operate on education according to laws. When the teachers, especially those work in the primary and middle schools, educate by law, their consciousness level on law, existing what problems and taking what tacticses in the future need deep study. This essay will discuss these problems.The author basing on some illegal appearances in the present educational field, especially during the fundamental education, looking into the educational future, put forward the problem which need be solved urgently "the analysis at present conditions on educational laws consciousness among the teachers in the primary and middle schools and some tactics ".By questionnaire, informal discussion, analyzing cases and so on, the author investigates and study the present conditions on educational laws consciousness in the primary and middle schools. Meanwhile, the author receives five conclusions: the lack of knowledge on basic theory in educational laws and rules; the imbalance on educational laws consciousness; the disjointed on knowing and practicing; the consciousness on educational laws of teachers in city are better than those in county; the teachers' educational laws consciousness in the primary school are better than the middle school's. The author, basing on the influence from the social factor, the lack of educational laws consciousness and the wrong action on educational laws, analyzes the present conditions, the origin and the harm to educational profession, the effect on teaching of teachers, the development of children and the harm to the instruction of our educational laws. At last, aiming at the teachers' lack of consciousness on educational laws now, the author puts forward three major tacticses:strengthen educational legislation and lay foundation to educational laws; strengthen educational laws' enforcement and safeguard to educational laws; strengthen knowledge of educational laws and improve the consciousness on laws.
