It is most important for us to cultivate students' activity, initiative and creativity in implementing quality education. But howto cultivate such attributes is really a serious problem which needs urgent solution. Fortunately, educators have put forward many different educational models, such as joyful educational model, success educational model, etc. Nevertheless, the article argues that scientific motivation is essential prerequisite to solve this problem.This article consists of five parts.Part one of this article provides a brief introduction of research objective and significance, and defines a few basic concepts concerning this research.In part two, I describe the essential characteristics and definition of traditional education, analyzes motivating system adopted in traditional education, and lays my finger on its weaknesses.The third part reviews some motivation thoughts in industrial and educational management, and gives a general developing process of motivation thoughts.Part four is the main body of this article. Based on analysis in part two and part three, I focus on the motivation adapted to all-round development of the middle school students in china.The last part discusses teachers' quality in implementing motivation led to all-round development of the middle school students in china.
