Preliminary Study Of Higher Vocational Education Curriculum

The thesis is on curriculum provision of Vocational Higher Education in junior college. Most of the study concentrates on theory research while also pays close attention to practices in the field of curriculum provision of Vocational Higher Education.The thesis firstly studies the curriculum provision of Vocational Higher education in foreign countries and the Competency Based Education, analyzes their characteristics with reference to their counterpart in China. Following international comparison, the thesis investigates the status quo of curriculum provision in Chinese junior colleges, and states fifteen specialty curriculum plans. The thesis approaches the result of investigate from four aspects: the choice of the object of the curriculum, the choice and organization of the curriculum content, the implement of the curriculum the evaluation of the curriculum. And then the thesis analyses existed questions, and puts forward analyses of the countermeasures. For the sake of grasping curriculum provision, the thesis analyzes the influencing factors system, and puts curriculum provision in curriculum system, analyzes the progress of curriculum provision and puts forward eight principles. At last, the thesis looks forward to the prospect of the curriculum reform the Higher Vocation Education.
