This paper is based on the case study of the cultural adaption of the homecoming junior hight school students in science and technology park of zhongguancun in Beijing.The paper, by means of educational anthropography, by the clue of histoty-present-future, studies the problems of the cultural adaption of the homecoming junior hight school students.The paper consists of six parts: Chapter One to Five and Conclusion.Chapter One, the author introduces the reason why he chooses the cultural adaption of the homecoming junior hight school students as his research, the cultural adaption of the homecoming junior hight school students course in China, the importance, purpose and theoretical framework of the study.Chapter Two mostly introduces the concept of culture and the frame character of culture and the value that is the uppermost frame character in the cultural adaption and compares the value of Chinese culture and the value of Occident culture .which give us a complete comprehension about the culture. The author analyzes and discusses the concept and criterion of the cultural adaption and the adaption and unadaption of the homecoming junior hight school students,which givethe research a judge criterion.Chapter Three reports the fleldwork in science and technology park of zhongguancun in Beijing. The data collected show that it exits many questions in the cultural adaption of the homecoming junior hight school student which represent:the value, the ethic morality,the content in education,the means of teaching,the persons qualified to teach,the expection from parents and so on.Chapter Four focuses on the reasons of backward cultural adaption of the homecoming junior hight school students in science and technology park of zhongguancun in Beijing. The author found the reasons in three sides, at the angle of the history,the author analyses the base that the homecoming junior hight school students know motherland culture;through the developing psychology, the author analyses the phenomenon how the homecoming junior hight school students adapt the motherland culture; by the theory of education's cultural function and individual adaption, the author finds the lack in the cultural adaption of the homecoming junior hight school students in science and technology park of zhongguancun in Beijing.In Chapter Five, I offer some successful mode in China and other countries and give some suggestions.The last part is the conclusions, the author hopes that the paper can make us pay attention to the cultural adaption of the homecomingjunior hight school students in China and helpful to the development of the homecoming junior hight school students.
