Marx' theory of people's development in an all-round way has offered the foundation of philosophy for the teaching confidence of the university; The education theory of entity has offered the pedagogy foundation for research of the teaching confidence of the university; Bandura's self-efficacy theory and Weiner's self-attribution theory has offered psychological foundation for research of the teaching confidence of the university.The teaching confidence of the university is psychological power that teaching subjects produce under the influence of various kinds of relevant factors of inside and outside university teaching in essence. It has the characteristic of direction transformation, gradation and diversity. The essence of the teaching confidence of the university determines the type and function itself. The confidence type of university teaching can be divided into such basic type as individual confidence and group confidence, intense confidence and weak confidence, dominant confidence and recessive confidence, interior confidence and exterior confidence. The teaching confidence of the university has driving function, regulating function, activating function and pleasing function.In order to achieve the purpose that the theory combines with practice, after investigating the formulating mechanism of university teaching confidence from four segments such as rational goal, teaching expectation, coordinative relation and education reform, this thesis puts effort on probing into training and strengthening practical tactics of university teaching confidence. According to the factors influencing the confidence of teacher teaching, it proposes four basic strategies such as preserved value, bettered ego and improved management so as to train and strengthen the confidence of teaching. According to main factors of teaching influencing the confidence of the university students, it puts forward such tactics as setting up developing teaching goal, adopting heuristic education, improving professional maturity, establishing good classroom instruction environment,implementing positive study evaluation and transmitting teachers' confidence so that trains and strengthens university students' learning confidence. |
